Saturday 6th SEPTEMBER 2025
Admission
Show Day: Gate Opens 6.00am
Members: Provide Identification and marked off list
Admission for Self, partner and 2 children under 12 years
Non-Members: $15.00 13 years to adults
Children: $5.00 (5-12 years) Free (under 4 years)
Pensioners: $5.00 (on production of pension card)
Family: $30.00 (2 adults & 2 children under 12 yrs)
All Exhibitors without Passes must pay at the Entry Gate.
Schedule
6.00 am Gate open to animal exhibitors at Molong Showground, Euchareena Rd, Molong
6.30 am Secretary’s Office opens at Showground.
7.30am – 10am Utes arrive
8.00 am Yard Dog Trials Commence
8.30 am Horse Rings 1, 2 & 3 commence judging.
8.30 am Cattle, Sheep & Poultry to be penned.
9.00am Judging for Cattle, Sheep & Poultry commences.
9.00am Judging in the Main Pavilion. Pavilion closed to public while this is occurring.
9.30am AgShows Young Woman judging
10.00am Molong Ute show
10.00am Bar open
10:30 am Ute judging
11.00am Show Open to the Public
11.00 am Main Pavilion opens.
11.00 am Baby & Junior Show entrants/judging.
12.00 pm Luncheon items available around the grounds.
12.30 pm National Anthem.
12.45 pm OFFICIAL OPENING OF SHOW
1.00 pm Announcement of Molong AgShows Young Woman, Most Suitably Dressed Lady, Teenager, Pre-Teen & winners of Baby & Junior Show.
2.00 pm. Local Fashion Parade
4.00pm Dog High Jump Competition
5.00pm Food Vans open
5.00 pm. Evening entertainment commences
6.30pm Exhibits to be removed from Main Pavilion - see
Stewards.
7.00pm Main Pavilion Closes.
7.00pm Show office closes.
7.30pm Fireworks display
8.00 pm Show Closes
Luncheon Pavilion open for Morning and Afternoon Tea and light lunches.
Public Bar will be open throughout the day/evening.

You support your local community and demonstrate your support for rural NSW. You have an opportunity to support the younger members of the community. You able to take part in and vote at general meetings and the AGM. You can volunteer your time at the show and other events the society is involved in. You get free entry into the show. We accept membership fees paid directly into our bank account for your convenience, just make sure you also send your application form as well or put the details required in an email.
