How to enter
Method 1: Complete an entry form, make payment by Direct Deposit and send the entry form and proof of payment to [email protected] INCLUDING the Section Name. The closing date for this method, Friday 30th August 2024
Method 2: Complete the entry form and make payment to the Show Office, Molong Street Stall, 1pm - 4.30pm, Monday 2nd September 2024.
Exhibitors, please note the following conditions.
Maximum of four (4) entries in each class per person.
All photographs are to be no larger than a maximum size of 15cm x 20cm.
Entries must be individually & securely mounted on cardboard with a 2cm border, or it will not be displayed.
Name & class number to be written on the back of each entry.
Images must have been taken by the entrant.
Entrants must reside in the Cabonne Council area.
All photos to have been taken in the last 24 months.
All care will be taken, but no responsibility for damage, loss etc will be taken by the Molong Show Society Inc. as per the Rules &Regulations
All entries will be displayed in the Luncheon Pavilion.
Under no circumstances are exhibits to be removed from the pavilion before 4.30pm Saturday 7th September 2024.
Or can be posted (please advise on the entry form if you will be picking them up from the showground) Return postage must accompany entries if they are to be returned by post (please advise on this entry form if you would like the return of photographs and prizes if awarded, by post).

Photographers who wish to put items up for sale will be allocated an area where they can be displayed with the price noted. A sales commission of 5% is to be paid to the Show Society.

Les Dean will coordinate a workshop on “How to digitally enhance your photos” At the Food Pavilion, Photography Section at 3pm, show day.
